I see the Universe — All That Is — as a unique and ubiquitous whole, subject to a set of laws over time and space and changing within in response to those laws. The Divine is part of the Universe and available to our perception, at any moment, in response to our attention and the filters we bring to the perception. “Omnipotent” does not apply.
